Abstract:
UV completing composite Higgs models up to scales close to Planck is a challenging endeavour.
In this talk I will present a model based on partial unification of the confining gauge group with the Standard Model one, which allows to generate a plausible composite Higgs theory at low energy.
As a bonus, imposing Baryon number conservation allows for the presence of a Dark Matter candidate. The low energy model turn out to be based on gauged Sp(4), which can be studied on the lattice.
