Congratulations to PhD student Tomer Rosen for winning the “Excellent Graduate Student Prize 2018” awarded by The Israel Chemical Society
Tomer Rosen is a PhD student in the group of Prof. Moshe Kol from the department of Organic Chemistry
During his PhD, Tomer developed well-defined catalysts for the ring-opening polymerization of cyclic esters. These catalysts exhibited exceptional activity and living character, and allowed to prepare precise "tailor-made" polymers with improved properties. Tomer received the prize at the 84th Annual Meeting of The ICS which took place on February 2019.
